Our two bedroom de-luxe Gîtes comprise of:-

a large sitting room with two sofas which can convert into single beds.
a large fully equipped separate kitchen/dining room.
one bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite facilities with shower on the first floor.
second bedroom with a double and a single bed on the first floor.
a separate shower room and toilet on the first floor.
a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
each gîte has parking for one car located close to the gîte.

The gîtes are fully equipped. There are two single sofa beds in the living room.

All linen, towels, pool towels (during the swimming season) are provided.

The kitchens have a full range of crockery, glasses, cooking utensils and are equipped with a fridge,
micro-wave, cooker hob with 4 gas rings and an exterior barbecue.

A range of cleaning products and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, herbs, mustard) are provided.

Shared facilities:

Our gîtes in Carlux offer a wide range of facilities shared with the ten other gîtes on
the site - including a 12m x 6m Heated Swimming Pool and a Children’s Paddling Pool, Badminton, Table Tennis
